We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12 PM (IST) are dispatched on the next working day. Our shipping services cover all regions across India, ensuring delivery within 3-5 working days, depending on the location.

For prepaid orders, we offer Express shipping, while Standard shipping applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Please note: If you select COD as your payment method, a non-refundable COD charge of ₹50 is required to be paid in advance at the time of placing your order.

We proudly ship internationally to countries including the USA, Canada, Singapore, Australia and Dubai. All international orders are shipped via express shipping to ensure ultra-fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping rates for international destinations are calculated at checkout based on the package's weight and destination. We have partnered with renowned courier services DHL and Aramex to guarantee seamless and efficient delivery.

Replacement And Exchange Policy

At Buzz Street, we provide our customers with a 7-day window for replacements and exchanges to ensure a hassle-free experience.

You can request a replacement if the product delivered is defective, incorrect, or has any issues. For claims related to physical damage, a 360-degree sealed parcel unboxing video is required

Once approved, your replacement unit will be delivered within 5–7 working days after handing over the original package to the courier. This timeline includes (2–3 working days) for courier delivery to our warehouse, (1–2 working days) for inspection and processing by our team, and (2–3 working days) for delivery of the replacement unit to your address. Please note that these timelines may vary during sales events, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or road blockages. Any Delays in the Timeline will Be Notified via Email or WhatsApp.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can request an exchange with any item available on our store. Please note that reverse courier charges (₹100–₹150 depending on weight and location) are borne by the customer for exchanges. The timeline for exchanges is the same as for replacements.
