Replacement And Exchange Policy

Once approved, your replacement unit will be delivered within 5–7 working days after handing over the original package to the courier. This timeline includes (2–3 working days) for courier delivery to our warehouse, (1–2 working days) for inspection and processing by our team, and (2–3 working days) for delivery of the replacement unit to your address. Please note that these timelines may vary during sales events, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or road blockages.
